  1. 2 roma tomatoes chopped
  2. 1/4 cup onion chopped
  3. 1/4 cup fresh jalapeño pepper (or more depending on your heat preference)
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  5. 1 lime juiced
  6. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  1. Finely chop all the ingredients, and combine in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Top with the lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper and mix to combine.
