Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Pro Tip: Use russet potatoes.  Cook them with the skin on and peel before mashing.  The key to the perfect consistency is to mash them quickly because they are much easier to work with when super hot!

Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

I love to grate raw cheddar cheese for the mashed potatoes, and then fold it in with the butter.  For a very Weston Price plate top with a dollop of butter, and then add a dollop of butter onto your plate.  Of course, using raw grassfed butter for a delicious healthy kick.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

If you already have your oven  on go ahead and roast the garlic!  If you’re making these ahead of time or in a hurry use garlic powder or garlic salt.
